Julie is an accomplished glass artist residing in Santa Fe, NM. Her techniques include blowing and lampworking. We are currently carrying her drinking glasses, ornaments, and pendant lamps. Julie also makes custom chandeliers, lamp finials, curtain rod finials, glass cabinet pulls, and perfume bottles - any of these we can get for you. Since she also does custom glass work, we are always glad to arrange special consignment items.

Hand blown "Crackle Lamp"
~As an artist, Julie works in two forms of hot glass. One is the ancient art of
blowing hot glass, which originated in Venice, Italy. The other, known as
lampworking, is a style of sculpting glass with the use of a torch and small
tools. The two methods offer the artist versatility and variety in the creation
of glass art.
Combining these two styles, Illuminata custom designs interior decoration of
functional glass art. Chandeliers, cabinet knobs, lamp finials and light
fixtures are created to order and are featured in design showrooms and
galleries. A range of ornaments, vases and vessels, expressing vibrant color and
light, are also a strong component of Julie’s repertoire.~

and to allow it to find its true form."
